FIRST TIME USING THE WOO? PLEASE READ<\/span> THE FOLLOWING!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This information is important.<\/p>\n

Logins to The Skinny and the Shop (The Woo) are SEPARATE logins moving forward. For existing retailers, this should not be a problem as our logs show very few people were logging in here first, and then going to the store. If you DO have issues, please contact us as we can confirm your account on the store site and change your password if needed.<\/p>\n

One more really important<\/span> thing…<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The Woo has been set up to not push an order to us until the seasonal minimum value has been met<\/strong> (see info on this topic, and on submitting orders below seasonal minimums, below). If you check your order value in the cart and find that no shipping fees have been assessed, your order is too small and The Woo won’t allow you to check out. Using the “Wholesale Ordering” option in the menu (under “My Account”) you can navigate back to the ordering list.<\/p>\n

Picking up your order?<\/strong><\/span> If you’re in BC and your plan is to pick up your order, you can select that as a shipping option at check-out. No shipping fees will be assessed. Do not select this option if we’re shipping your order.[\/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=”” color=”peacoc”][vc_column_text]For your reference while ordering, you\u2019ll find a FAT Colour Palette if you scroll down to the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n

*Retail pricing found on the on-line store is not your<\/strong><\/span> suggested retail pricing. These prices are for our online retail store and are approximately 10% higher than SRP. In addition to the flat-rate shipping fee that our online retail buyers pay, this 10% additional product cost assists us with the cost of shipping. It’s also our way of discouraging online purchases in locations where FAT Paint is available through a retailer like you.<\/p>\n

For this reason, <\/strong>we require a minimum value in product purchased (order value before shipping and if applicable, taxes). <\/b><\/p>\n

Due to the cost of winter shipping, the minimum order required is seasonal:<\/p>\n
